【摘要】 目的探讨预见性护理在控制糖尿病肾病血液透析患者发生院内感染中的应用价值分析。方法选取70例患者,观察患者院内感染发生率,给予积极的护理干预。结果院内感染发生率为54.29%,其中呼吸道感染占39.47%,血液通路感染占52.63%,其他感染占7.89%。结论预见性护理可降低院内感染发生率,提高患者预后生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the predictive nursing of diabetic nephropathy the factors affecting the incidence of nosocomial infection of hemodialysis patients. Methods 70 patients were retrospectively analyzed, to observe the incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with, to give active nursing intervention. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection was 54.29%, respiratory tract infection, accounted for 39.47%, blood passage infection for 52.63%, other infections, accounting for 7.89%.
