【摘要】 目的探讨微创三柱固定方案治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床疗效。方法采用微创三柱固定方案治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折26例,经过CT评估均为三柱骨折,手术采用漂浮体位,前外侧联合后侧倒L切口入路,微创三柱固定,评估治疗效果,手术时间,骨折愈合,并发症。结果 26例患者均获得骨性愈合,总优良率88.5%。结论微创三柱固定方案手术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折特别是波及后柱的骨折疗效确切,骨折愈合好,功能恢复满意,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of complex tibial plateau fracture treated with minimally invasive three column fixation scheme. Methods Three column fixation with minimally invasive treatment of 26 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture by operation, were evaluated after CT three column fracture, floating position, anterolateral combined with posterior inverted L incision, minimally invasive three column fixation, evaluate the therapeutic effect, operation time, fracture healing, complications. Results 26 patients were healed, the total excellent rate was 88.5%. Conclusion Minimally invasive operation scheme of three column fixation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures especially fractures affected after the column is exact, fracture healing, functional recovery, less complications.更多还原
