【摘要】 目的分析体部伽玛刀治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果。方法采用OUR-QGD型体部伽玛刀治疗,以50%~70%等剂量包饶计划靶区,总剂量30~50 Gy,分割处方剂量3.0~5.1 Gy,治疗次数为8~12次,每日1次,每周连续治疗5次。结果治疗后1~6个月CR26.8%(11/41),PR 51.2%(21/41),总有效率为78%(32/41),1年生存率65.9%。结论使用伽玛刀对原发性肝癌进行治疗,疗效比较满意,说明伽玛刀对于原发性肝癌是比较好的局部治疗方法,近期疗效较理想,但远期疗效还有待于进一步观察、跟踪、研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of body gamma knife treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods OUR-QGD type body gamma knife treatment, 50% to 70% isodose package Rao planning target volume, total dose of 30~50Gy, split prescription dose 3.0~5.1Gy, treatment times of 8 to 12 times, 1 day, 5 times a week of continuous treatment.
