【摘要】 目的探讨在高危儿神经发育结局预测中,全身运动(GMs)质量评估与神经学检查方法的预测效果比较。方法选取泰安市妇幼保健院高危儿36例,分别对其行GMs质量评估与0~1岁52项神经运动检查。结果 GMs结果 :27例正常,9例异常;0~1岁52项神经运动检查结果 :17例正常,19例异常。结论 GMs质量评估在高危儿神经发育结局预测中具有更高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate in predicting the outcome of neural development in high risk neonates,body movement(GMs) prediction results are compared and neurological examination quality evaluation method.Methods 36 cases of the GMs quality assessment were chosen in Tai’an Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital and 0~1 years old 52 neuro motorial examination.Results The results of GMs,27 cases were normal,9 cases were abnormal,0~1 years old 52 neuromotor examination results,17 cases were normal,19 cases of abnormal.Conclusion GMs quality assessment has a higher value in predicting the outcome of neural development in high-risk infants.更多还原
