【摘要】 非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的起病较为隐匿,且发展迅速,预后极差,大多数患者初诊时已经发生转移(Ⅳ期)而失去了手术治疗的机会,姑息治疗主要包括放射治疗和化学治疗,其目的在于延长患者的生存期,提高患者的生活质量,目前姑息治疗是治疗转移性非小细胞肺癌的主要方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characters of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) were hidden origin, rapid development and poor prognosis. Metastasis( Ⅳ period) was found in the first examination for most of the patients and they lost the chance of a surgical treatment. The palliative care mainly included radiation therapy and chemical therapy, its aim was to extend the patient’s survival time and improve the quality of life of patients.
