【摘要】 目的分析心血管内科感染患者的临床治疗效果,提出提高疗效的治疗方法。方法选取我院2009年1月~2014年12月入院治疗的心血管内科患者,100例感染患者作为对照组,再选100例未感染患者作为观察组,对比治疗效果。结果观察组的100例患者中,皮肤软组织感染有8例、胃肠道感染有13例、泌尿系统感染有14例、上呼吸道感染有21例,下呼吸道感染有44例。两组患者采用不同的治疗方法 ,其中抗生素应用情况、侵袭性操作、其他合并症等,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在对心血管内科感染患者进行治疗时,医疗人员必须具有较强的责任感,要对患者进行24 h监控,记录患者的症状,在进行有创操作时,也要严格按照流程操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis the clinical treatment effect on infection patients in cardiovascular department, put forward treatments to improve the efficacy. Method Selected patients from January 2009 to December 2014 in our hospital, 100 cases of infected patients as control group, 100 cases without re-election infected patients as the observation group, the treatment effect were compared. Results 100 cases in the observation group, 8 cases skin soft tissue infection, 13 cases of gastrointestinal infection, 14 cases urinary system infection, 21 cases upper respiratory tract infection, 44 cases in lower respiratory tract infection. Two groups of patients have differences treatment, in which the use of antibiotics, invasive operation, other complication, P<0.05,had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Patients with cardiovascular department of internal medicine infection treatment, medical staff must have a strong sense of responsibility, to carry out 24 h monitoring of patients, record the symptom of patients, in strict accordance with operation process when invasive operation.更多还原
