【摘要】 目的观察莫沙必利、乳果糖联合双歧杆菌在老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘治疗中的效果。方法以110例2型糖尿病功能性便秘老年患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用莫沙比利单药治疗,观察组采用莫沙比利、乳果糖联合双歧杆菌治疗,对比两组临床治疗情况及不良反应和复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率及症状改善情况高于对照组,不良反应发生率及复发率均低于对照组。结论莫沙必利、乳果糖联合双歧杆菌治疗老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘效果良好,且不良反应少,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the analysis Mosapride,lactulose combined effect of Bifidobacterium in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,the treatment of functional constipation.Methods 110 cases of type 2 diabetes in elderly patients with functional constipation for the study were randomly divided into two groups,using Mosapride monotherapy,the observation group Mosapride lactulose therapy combined Bifidobacterium,comparison of two clinical treatment and adverse reactions and relapse.Results The total efficiency of the treatment and improvement of symptoms score higher,adverse reaction rates and relapse rates were lower than the control group.Conclusion Mosapride,lactulose therapy combined Bifidobacterium elderly patients with type 2 diabetes functional constipation to good effect,and fewer side effects,recurrence rate.更多还原
