【摘要】 目的探讨口腔修复前行牙周整复术的治疗效果,并对其进行深入的评价。方法选取我院于2012年5月~2014年5月收治的76例口腔修复患者,按照单双号方法将其分成实验组和对照组,对照组采用牙冠修复术进行治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上进行牙周整复术,观察并对比两组患者术后的临床效果。结果通过治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果可知,实验组患者恢复的良好率明显优于对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过研究发现,在口腔修复前进行牙周整复术能够使患者牙印修复完美,提高口腔修复的有效率,同时可以降低患者不良反应的发生概率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of oral cavity repair on periodontal reconstructive surgery,and carries on the in-depth evaluation.Methods Select our hospital in May,2012~May 2014 treated 76 cases of patients with oral cavity repair,according to the method.It is divided into the experimental group and the control group,control group adopts the tooth crown prosthesis treatment,the experimental group in the control group on the basis of periodontal reconstructive surgery,observe and compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients with postoperative.Results Through treatment,to observe treatment effects,the two groups of patients was better than control group,experimental group patients recover good rate difference to be markedly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the study found that before oral repair periodontal reconstructive surgery can help the dental patients repair perfect,improve the effectiveness of oral cavity repair,at the same time can reduce the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions,patients with significant clinical value,worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
