【摘要】 目的探讨原发性肝癌早期诊断中应用TSGF联合AFP、AFU检测的意义。方法回顾分析我院25例原发性肝癌患者的临床资料。结果和TSGF+AFP、TSGF+AFU、AFP+AFU相比,TSGF+AFP+AFU联合检测的阳性率最高。原发性肝癌组和良性肝病组患者各检测的阳性率均明显比对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 TSGF、AFP、AFU三者联合检测能够显著提高对原发性肝癌早期诊断的阳性率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma application TSGF joint AFP, AFU detection. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 25 cases of primary liver cancer patients. Results TSGF + AFP, TSGF + AFU, AFP + AFU compared, TSGF + AFP + AFU combined detection of the highest positive rate. The positive rate of primary liver cancer and patients with benign liver disease each detected significantly higher than the control group, significant differences, P<0.05.
