【摘要】 目的对脑外伤引起的精神障碍进行临床分析。方法对我院接收的50例外伤致精神障碍患者来进行研究分析,对他们的精神障碍的时间,受伤原因、昏迷时间和治疗效果进行总结分析。结果患者因外伤引起的精神障碍之外,还存在意识障碍、智力障碍、精神症样综合征等情况。结论临床中脑外伤患者引发的精神障碍具有较高的发生率,临床中需要对患者的该类情况引起重视,积极的进行诊断和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical features of mental disorders caused by brain trauma. Methods 50 cases of patients with mental disorders caused by brain trauma in our hospital were selected in the research. The data including the time of mental disorders, the cause of brain trauma, the time of coma and the treatment effect were analyzed. Results Besides the mental disorders caused by brain trauma, the patients also had consciousness disorder, dysgnosia and schizophrenia like syndrome etc. Conclusion The incidence of mental disorders caused by trauma was high. We should pay attention to this kind of patient and give the positive diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
