【摘要】 目的分析和研究阿奇霉素加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽临床效果。方法选取2012年8月~2014年2月过敏性咳嗽患儿48例,将其按奇偶数字法随机分为两组:观察组与对照组,每组各有患儿24例。两组患儿均给予常规对症治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸丙卡特罗治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用阿奇霉素治疗,将两组患儿治疗效果进行对比。结果两组患儿治疗总有效率相比较:观察组高于对照组P<0.05。结论将阿奇霉素与盐酸丙卡特罗联合应用于过敏性咳嗽患儿治疗中,其能够有效缓解患儿咳嗽症状,减少激素类药物使用剂量,对提高治疗效果及减轻患儿家长的经济与精神负担均具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and study of azithromycin and hydrochloric acid c quattro clinical effect of treatment of infantile anaphylactic cough. Methods Selection in August 2012 to February 2014 allergic cough in children with 48 cases, it is according to the odd and even number method randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, each group have their own children 24 cases.
