【摘要】 目的分析和总结突发急性心肌梗死的抢救和护理经验。方法选自我院2012年9月~2014年11月收治的突发心肌梗死患者34例作为研究对象,对其进行积极的抢救护理,总结护理经验。结果经急诊抢救护理后,34例突发心肌梗死患者中,有31例患者抢救成功,经健康教育及康复指导后,病情得到明显缓解,其余3例因病情严重,抢救无效死亡,抢救成功率为91.2%。结论门诊护士积极配合医生参与救治,有助于提高突发心肌梗死的抢救成功率,在临床上具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Analysis and summary of sudden acute myocardial infarction rescue and nursing experience. Methods Patients with a myocardial infarction 34 cases were treated as the research object from 2012 September to 2014 November in our hospital, carries on the rescue and nursing of positive, to sum up the nursing experience. Results The emergency nursing, 34 cases of myocardial infarction patients, a successful rescue of 31 patients, the health education and rehabilitation guidance,the condition was significantly alleviated, the rest 3 cases were in serious condition, rescue invalid death, rescue success rate is 91.2%. Conclusion Clinic nurse cooperate a doctor actively participate in treatment, help to improve the success rate of rescuing myocardial infarction, has certain guiding significance in clinical application.更多还原
