【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射结合白花丹参熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法挑选症状严重程度相似的膝关节骨性关节炎患者129名,随机分为三组,一组单纯玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射;一组白花丹参熏洗治疗;一组玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合白花丹参熏洗治疗。5周为一疗程,1个疗程后对3组患者的临床疗效和膝关节功能进行总体评价。结果单纯玻璃酸钠组、单纯白花丹参组、联合组的总有效率分别为81.39%、76.74%、90.70%;联合组起效快且维持时间长的优势明显。结论白花丹参熏洗结合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with white salvia miltiorrhiza fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Selected 129 patients with knee osteoarthritis with similar severity of symptoms and randomly divided into three groups, a group of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate injection alone, a group of white Salvia miltiorrhiza fumigation treatment, a group of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza fumigation treatment.
