【摘要】 目的探讨急性细菌性结膜炎患者使用诺氟沙星滴眼液进行治疗的临床疗效。方法收集100例急性细菌性结膜炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者使用氯霉素滴眼液进行治疗,观察组患者使用诺氟沙星滴眼液进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(98%)优于对照组患者的治疗总有效率(80%),同时观察组患者的治疗满意程度评分(8.42±1.58分)优于对照组患者的治疗满意程度评分(5.02±1.14分)。结论在对急性细菌性结膜炎患者进行治疗的过程中,使用诺氟沙星滴眼液对患者进行治疗效果更佳,同时患者对治疗的满意程度更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical curative effect of patients with acute bacterial conjunctivitis using norfloxacin eye drops. Methods 100 cases of patients collected with acute bacterial conjunctivitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Control group was using chloramphenicol eye drops for treatment, observation group was using norfloxacin eye drops for treatment, compared the therapeutic effect between two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate of observation group(98%) was better than control group(80%), meanwhile the satisfaction rating of patients treatment(8.42±1.58 score) was better than control group(5.02±1.14 points). Conclusion The treatment of patients with acute bacterial conjunctivitis using norfloxacin eye drops has better effect, patients have higher degree of satisfaction.更多还原
