【摘要】 目的观察308 nm准分子光联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风的疗效及护理。方法将96例患者随机分为治疗组56例,对照组40例,治疗组应用复方卡力孜然酊每日一次,应用308 nm准分子光照射治疗,每周两次;对照组应用复方卡力孜然酊每日3次。各组均应用常规药物治疗。结果 56例患者中治愈22例,显效23例,有效率80.36%,与对照组有效率47.5%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论 308 nm准分子光联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风配合有效护理,安全有效,操作简便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and nursing for patients with vitligo undertaken 308 nm excimer lazer combined with compound kali zirantincture teatment. Methods 96 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 56 cases and control group of 40 cases. The treatment group was given kali ziran tincture once a day, and 308 nm excimer lazer treatment twice a week; The control group was given compound kali ziran tincture three times a day. Each group use conventional drug treatment. Results 22 cases were cured, 23 cases had excellent results, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.36% higher than 47.5% of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions were happened. Conclusion The treatment combined 308 nm excimer lazer with kali ziran tincture and effective nursing on vitiligo is safe, effective, simple operation and easy to promote.更多还原
