【摘要】 目的对比分析手术与保守方式治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法将88例跟骨骨折患者分为观察组和对照组,各44例,对照组行保守治疗,观察组行手术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Bohler角、Gissane角及跟骨宽度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术方式在跟骨骨折治疗方面价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparative analysis on clinical curative effect between operation and conservative treatment for calcaneal fracture.Methods 88 cases of calcaneal fracture were divided into observation group and control group,each group had 44 cases,the control group received conservative treatment,observation group received operation treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the excellent effective rate was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the observation group after treatment,Bohlerangle,Gissane angle and calcaneal width were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation has higher value in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.更多还原
