【摘要】 目的总结人工髋关节置换术后并发假体周围骨折患者的治疗办法。方法选择20例人工髋关节置换术后并发假体周围骨折患者,根据其具体情况进行治疗。结果术后随访,所有患者均骨折愈合良好,未出现并发症。结论根据患者术后假体周围骨折的具体情况采取相应治疗办法,可提升治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the treatment of fracture round the prosthesis after artificial hip replacementa. Methods We selected 20 fracture patients round the prosthesis after artificial hip replacement, who were treated according to the individual situation. Results All patients had fractures healed well, no complications occurred. Conclusion Appropriate treatment according to the individual situation of patient with postoperative fracture around the prosthesis can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.更多还原
