【摘要】 目的观察毫刃针治疗背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法将72例背肌筋膜炎患者按个人治疗意愿分成两组,治疗观察组(毫刃针组)30例,取背部阿是穴,采用毫刃针治疗,每3~5天1次,3次1个疗程;常规治疗对照组(电针组)42例,取穴同治疗观察组,采用电针配合拔罐治疗,每天1次,10次1个疗程。两组患者均治疗一个疗程。比较治疗前和疗程结束后两组患者症状自我评分,观察疗效。结果两组患者症状自我评分均较前明显降低,前后的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);毫刃针组治疗后症状自我评分略低于电针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毫刃针疗法可快速有效地缓解背肌筋膜炎患者的疼痛症状,效果优于常规电针拔罐疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinic efficacy of bladed filiform needle for back myofascitis. Methods 72 cases of back myofascitis were divided into a bladed filiform needle group with 30 cases and a routine treatment(electroacupuncture) group with 42 cases at personal wish. The bladed filiform needle group was treated with bladed filiform needle at Ashi points, once each 3-5 days and 3 times totally.The routine treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture at same points combined with cupping, once a day and 10 times totally. Self-assessment scores of symptom were observed and compared before and after treatment separately in two groups. Results Scores were reduced after treatment in both groups(P<0.01). The score in bladed filiform needle group after treatment was lower than that in electroacupuncture group(P<0.05). Conclusion The bladed filiform needle therapy achieves quick and definite efficacy on back myofascitis. The efficacy is superior to the routine therapy with electroacupuncture and cupping.更多还原
