构建青年教师分层培养体系 提高教学水平
Explore the System of the Hierarchical Training of Young Teachers Improve the Level of Teaching
【摘要】 通过一系列青年教师培养方法的改革,探索青年教师的分层次培养体系,实现滚动培养的长效机制,促进"医生-教师"双重身份的合理定位,提高医学院系青年教师整体教学水平和自身素质,实现医学教育的可持续发展长远目标。
【Abstract】 Through a series of reform for young teachers cultivation method, explore the system of the hierarchical training of young teachers, to realize the goal of the long-term mechanism for rolling cultivating, promote ‘doctors – teachers’ double identity of reasonable positioning, to improve the teaching level of young teachers in medical colleges and their own quality, achieve the long-term goal of sustainable development of medical education.
