振动流化床隔振弹簧的数字化设计
Digital design of vibration isolation spring from vibration fluidized bed
【摘要】 应用Solid Works和ANSYS软件对振动流化床隔振弹簧进行数字化设计,根据隔振弹簧的刚度计算和静强度有限元分析,确定隔振弹簧的几何尺寸。材料力学和有限元方法计算结果与试验测量结果比较表明:(1)有限元方法计算结果与材料力学计算结果基本一致,试验测量值>材料力学计算值>有限元方法计算值,隔振弹簧满足设计要求;(2)数字化设计方法能准确和快速地得到圆柱螺旋弹簧的静态特性,能够大大缩短产品的开发周期。
【Abstract】 A digital design method was applied to design vibration isolation spring of vibration fluidized bed using SolidWorks and ANSYS software. The vibration isolation spring geometry sizes were determined according to the calculation results of vibration isolation spring stiffness and static strength. It was shown from the comparison results between material mechanics theory, finite element method and experimental measurements:(1)the finite element analysis results were basically identical with the theoretical calculation results, the experimental measurement value>materials mechanics calculation value>finite element calculation value. The designed vibration isolation spring met the technical requirement;(2)Digital design was an accurate and quick method to understand the static characteristics of cylindrical helical spring, which could cut down R&D period greatly.
