基于交互系统设计理论的X射线仪器外观设计
Appearance design of X-ray instrument based on interactive system theory
【摘要】 目前,X射线仪器的外观设计过于复杂并且人机交互设计存在不合理之处,给用户的认知、理解与实际操作带来困扰。其产品设计需综合考虑人、人的行为、使用场景及产品涉及到的技术因素之间的关系。以nano Voxel-4000型X射线三维显微镜为例,基于交互系统设计理论,分别对产品涉及的技术、人的行为和心理、产品使用场景这3个系统因素进行分析,从而得到相关产品设计的限制和指导原则。同时,运用人机工程学理论,结合产品外观设计理论,对仪器功能布局、外观形态进行了创新设计,为相关产品设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Currently, the X-ray instrument has too complicated appearance and irrational human-machine interactive design, it brings unconvenience for user′s cognition, understanding and operation. The product design should take into account human, behavior, scene and the relations among the technical factors. Taking nano Voxel-4000 X-ray instrument as an example,based on the theory of interactive system design, the three systematic factors of technology, human behavior and psychology,product using scene were analyzed, so the product design limitation and instructing principle were obtained. Combined with the theory of ergonomics and appearance design, innovative design was performed on functional layout and appearance. This design provides references for the relevant product design.
