基于眼动追踪技术的压裂车外观设计评估研究
Evaluation on modeling design of fracturing truck based on eye-tracking technology
【摘要】 基于眼动追踪技术,利用眼动试验与主观评价相结合的方法评估采油机械压裂车外观设计。由于产品外观不同区域的视觉表现力不同,导致人对产品外观不同区域的关注度不同。在眼动试验中,眼动仪可对眼动数据进行捕捉,以反映产品外观不同区域视觉表现力的强弱,从而评价产品外观设计的优劣。利用眼动仪捕捉被测试者观察压裂车图片时的眼动数据,并利用层次分析法选出压裂车外观设计最优的品牌。结合主观评价结果,从注视点集中程度和热区分布情况两方面评估压裂车外观设计,得出产品造型主特征应表现在最受关注的区域和配色应具有层次感两点结论,并以中油科昊压裂车为例进行产品外观设计,检验了结论的有效性,为采油机械产品外观设计提供指引。
【Abstract】 Based on eye-tracking technology, this paper attempts to evaluate the fracturing truck design by using the method of eye movement experiment and subjective evaluation. Because of the different visual expression to different product parts, people pay different attention to different parts. In eye movement experiment, the eye tracker can catch the eye movement data which can reflect the different visual expression, then the design evaluation can be concluded. Combined with the results of subjective enaluation, the modeling design of the fracturing truck was evaluated from the views of the concentrative degree of fixation point and the distribution of hot area. Then the paper obtains two conclusions that the main feature should be expressed on the most attractive area and the product should have good color layers, and the validity of the conclusions was verified through the design of a kind of fracturing truck, which provids guidance for fracturing truck design.
