渤海蓬莱油田注水井堵塞机理研究
Research on Water Injection Well Plugging Mechanism at Oilfield Bohai A
【摘要】 在渤海蓬莱油田开展了现场注入水水质分析、结垢和腐蚀评价,进行了速敏、水敏、水质超标、结垢和腐蚀引起堵塞的机理研究。结果表明,造成渤海蓬莱油田注水井堵塞的主要原因是速敏损害、水质超标、结垢堵塞和腐蚀堵塞;经过现场堵塞物的分析与评价,确定了渤海蓬莱油田注水井堵塞物类型,有机堵塞物油垢为沥青质、胶质等,无机堵塞物主要为铁腐蚀产物、储层矿物和钙垢。
【Abstract】 Field test was carried out to analyze the quality of injection water and evaluate the conditions of scaling and corrosion,and the mechanism of plugging caused by speed sensitive damage,water sensitive damage,off- specification water quality,scaling and corrosion was investigated at Oilfield Bohai A. The results of analysis and investigation have shown that that main factors causing the plugging of the water injection wells at Bohai A Oilfield are speed sensitive damage,off- specification water quality,scaling and corrosion. The types of the substances that plugged the water injection wells of Oilfield Bohai A were identified,including some organic substances like bituminous matter and colloid, etc. and some inorganic substances like iron corrosion product,reservoir minerals and scale of calcium carbonate,etc.
