热连轧轧辊压扁半径显式算法研究
RESEARCH ON THE EXPLICIT ALGORITHM OF THE ROLL FLATTENING RADIUS IN HOT CONTINUOUS ROLLING
【摘要】 为了提高热连轧机组轧辊压扁半径的计算精度,提出了一种关于轧辊压扁半径的显式算法。与传统的Hitchcock计算方法相比,该算法省略了迭代运算,并且能够在热连轧过程中提高轧辊压扁半径自动控制模型的计算精度,同时提升轧辊压扁半径控制系统的响应速度。以500 mm带钢9机架热连轧轧制过程为例,计算轧辊压扁半径,计算精度最大可提高2.14%。
【Abstract】 In order to enhance the computational accuracy of the roll flattening radius of the hot strip mills,the explicit algorithm of the roll flattening radius was put forward.Compared with the traditional Hitchcock equation,the iteration is omitted in the calculation process.The computational accuracy of the roll flattening radius automatic control model can be enhanced in hot strip rolling.Meanwhile,the response speed of the roll flattening radius control system can be improved too.Taken the 500 mm strip 9 hot continuous rolling strip mills for example,the roll flattening radius is calculated.The computational accuracy can enhance 2.14% at most.
