镉(Cd)对南粳9108种子萌发及发芽过程中保护酶活性的影响

【摘要】 采用培养皿滤纸浸润法研究了高浓度镉对水稻品种南粳9108种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响,并较深入地研究了低浓度镉对其幼苗保护酶活性及丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,4、6 mmol/L镉处理能显著降低南粳9108种子的发芽率,且具有剂量效应;幼苗芽长随着镉浓度的增加而逐渐下降;0.5~6.0 mmol/L镉处理均能显著地抑制水稻根的生长;在低浓度(0.05、0.10 mmol/L)镉胁迫下,水稻幼苗的SOD和POD活性明显降低,而MDA含量明显升高。

【Abstract】 Through adopting the method of soaked filter paper in culture dish,the author studied the effects of high concentration of cadmium( Cd) stress on the seed germination and seedling growth of rice variety Nanjing 9108,and further researched the influences of low concentration of Cd stress on the seedling protective enzymes activities and the malondialdhyde( MDA) content of this variety. The results were as follows: in comparison with the control( distilled water treatment),4 or 6 mmol / L Cd treatment could significantly reduce the seed germination rate of Nanjing 9108,and a dose effect existed; the bud length of the seedlings gradually decreased with the increase in Cd concentration; 0.5 ~ 6.0 mmol / L Cd treatments all could significantly inhibit the root growth of this variety; under the stress of low concentration( 0.05 or 0.10 mmol / L) of Cd,the activities of SOD and POD in the seedlings were obviously decreased,while the MDA content was markedly increased.
