钼镉联合胁迫对山羊皮肤、肌肉、骨骼、毛发、角、蹄微量元素含量的影响

【摘要】 为了测定钼镉胁迫对山羊不同组织中微量元素的含量影响。选用36头波尔山羊随机分成4组,选用钼酸铵、氯化镉作为实验钼源、镉源。对照组口服相应剂量去离子水,实验组分为低镉低钼组(剂量为Cd 0.5 mg/kg+Mo 15 mg/kg)、低镉中钼组(剂量为Cd 0.5 mg/kg+Mo 30 mg/kg)、低镉高钼组(剂量为Cd 0.5 mg/kg+Mo45 mg/kg)。实验期50 d,并于第0天、25天、50天每组剖杀3头山羊采样进行相关实验,测定其钼、镉和铜的含量,结果表明:(1)随着实验攻毒时间的增加,皮肤中的钼、镉含量与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.05)。而铜的含量表现为部分显著上升(P<0.05)。(2)随着实验攻毒时间的增加,肉、骨、毛、角、蹄中的钼、镉含量与对照组相比均显著升高(P<0.05),而铜的含量表现为部分显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,羊长期摄入过量钼、镉可使组织中钼、镉蓄积量增加,并能影响铜在组织中含量的变化。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to determine the influence of the content of trace elements in tissues and organs of goats under combined stress of molybdenum and cadmium.36 Boer goats were randomly assigned to four different groups.The sources of molybdenum and cadmium were [( NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O]and Cd Cl2 respectively.The control group was treated with a corresponding dose of deionized water. The treatments consisted of low Cd and low Mo group( dose of Cd 0.5 mg / kg+Mo 15 mg / kg),low Cd and middle Mo group( dose of Cd 0.5 mg /kg+Mo 30 mgkg),low Cd and high Mo group( dose of Cd 0.5 mg /kg+Mo 45 mg /kg).The goats were reared for 50 days under normal condition. Tissue samples from three goats from each group were collected on days 0,25 and 50 for related test,and determination of the contents of Mo,Cd,Cu.The results were as follows:( 1) With the increase of conteracting toxic time,the contents of Mo,Cd in skin incteased significantly( P<0.05) compared to the control group.But the content of Cu increased partially significantly( P<0.05).( 2) With the increase of conteracting toxic time,the contents of Mo,Cd in muscle,bone,hair,claw and hoof increased significantly( P<0.05) compared to the control group,and the content of Cu showed partially significant increase( P<0.05).The results showed that the contents of Mo,Cd in the tissues increased when the goats took in excessive Mo,Cd for a long time,and the change in copper contents in tissues was affected.
