【摘要】 国家煤矿在用安全设备检测检验目录(第一批)对煤矿在用窄轨车辆连接插销,要求依据《煤矿在用窄轨车辆连接插销检验规范》进行二倍最大静荷重试验时的永久弯曲变形量检验,按《煤矿安全规程》(2011)第414条半年检验一次,以确保煤矿安全生产。与以往依据MT-244.2-2005《煤矿在用窄轨车辆连接件连接插销》标准不同,新标准对插销安全检验的过程控制,测量精度,加载负荷都有重大变动。因此,对检验设备有了新要求。根据《煤矿在用窄轨车辆连接插销检验规范》及煤矿使用插销情况,对煤矿插销二倍静载荷安全检验设备测量精度,消除测量误差措施等要求进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mining connecting plug used in narrow-gauge vehicles listed in"Directory of National Coal Mine Safety Equipment Inspection and Testing"is required to be inspected for permanent bending deformation in double maximum static loading test in accordance with "Inspection Specification for Mining Plug In Narrow-gauge Vehicle"every half year.Different from the original standards in"Mining Connecting Plug in Connectors of Narrow-gauge Vehicle",the new standards in inspection specification change a lot in the aspects of safety inspection process control,measurement accuracy and imposed load.The paper probes into the measurement accuracy of safety inspection equipment for double static loading in mining plug according to"Inspection Specification for Mining Plug In Narrow-gauge Vehicle".更多还原
