【Abstract】 Through consulting the archives and documents,the author reviewed the breeding,innovation and popularization of ICR12,literature data showed that,ICR12 was bred in the 1980 sby multi-line mixture and alternately selection in the disease & non-disease condition,which enriched the genetic basis of cotton population,and coordinated the correlation between disease resistance,yield and quality.It was the first that ICR12 combined three important agronomic traits,high yield,good quality,disease resistance,which are negative correlation in cotton.ICR12 has the feature of high and stable yield,widespread adaptability,high quality and disease resistance.Having the largest extension area and longest planting time,ICR12 was awarded the first prize of the National Award for Technological Invention in 1990.更多还原
