抗草甘膦杂交棉超亲和竞争优势的分析
Analysis of the Heterobeltiosis and Competitive Advantage of Glyphosate-Resistant Hybrid Cotton
【摘要】 以2个抗草甘膦棉材料分别与2个常规棉材料进行正反杂交,将得到的4个正反交组合后代与它们各自的亲本在农艺性状、产量性状、纤维品质、抗性等方面进行比较,并以江西棉花生产上主栽的杂交棉品种赣棉杂1号作对照,研究其抗虫、抗草甘膦性状以及杂种优势的表现。结果表明:果枝数、结铃进度、成铃数、籽皮棉产量均表现为显著的正向竞争优势和正向超亲优势,纤维品质多数指标表现为正向竞争优势,始果枝着生节位、果枝夹角表现为负向竞争优势,亲本独立抗性能够在F1代比较充分地表达,正反交组合后代都同时具有抗虫、抗草甘膦性状。
【Abstract】 Four hybrid combinations were obtained through two Glyphosate-Resistant Cotton and two conventional cotton materials in reciprocal cross,compared with their respective parents in agronomic traits,yield traits,fiber quality,and resistance,etc.Furthermore it taked the main cultivated hybrid cotton variety Gangmianza No.1in Jiangxi as control check(CK)studying on the characteristics of the insect resistance,glyphosate resistance and Heterosis performance.The results indicated that the number of fruit branches,boll progress,the number of bolls,seed cotton yield and lint yield of four combinations showed significant positive competitive advantage and positive transgressive parent advantage,most of the fiber quality indicators showed positive competitive advantage,the height of first fruiting branch and branch angle showed negative competitive advantage.Independent resistance of the parents could be relatively stable heredity,and all posterity of reciprocal cross combinations had the characteristics of insect resistance and glyphosate resistance simultaneously.
