【摘要】 通过对江西省棉花生产情况的调研结果表明,近年来,因受籽棉单价持续走低、劳动力短缺、自然灾害频发、棉花生产用工多,成本高,机械化程度低,效益差等因素影响,导致棉农植棉积极性不高,棉花生产面积出现连年下滑。因而提出"积极开展适宜机采的棉花新品种培育、配套栽培技术、病虫草害综合防治、防灾减灾等技术进行研究与示范;同时在建设标准棉田实现规模化生产、扩大棉花生产补贴范围、调整植棉补贴方式、实施棉花全产业链创新工程、完善棉花生产保护政策、提高社会化服务水平等方面给予政策扶持"的建议。旨在稳定江西省棉花生产,提高棉田综合效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the investigation of the cotton production situation in Jiangxi Province,the results indicated that due to the seed cotton price continuing to decline,labor shortages,frequent natural disasters,more labors and high cost of cotton production,low mechanization level,poor efficiency and other factors,it resulted the cotton farmers enthusiasm was not high,the cotton production area appeared keep descending in recent years.Therefore the advices which was"actively carry out the technology research and demonstration of breeding new cotton variety suiting mechanization,corresponding cultivation techniques,comprehensive control of weeds and insect pests,disaster prevention and reduction,etc;while give policy support on constructing standard cotton for scale production,expanding subsidy scope of cotton production,modulating the way of the cotton subsidies,implemenuating cotton all-industry-chain innovation project,perfecting the protection policy of cotton production,improving the level of social service,etc"was proposed.Aimed at stabilizing cotton production in Jiangxi Province and improving the comprehensive benefits of cotton.更多还原
