棉花核不育系9个杂交组合的杂种优势比较
Comparison of Heterosis of 9 Hybrid Combinations of the Cotton Nuclear Sterile Line
【摘要】 以3个核不育陆地棉为母本、3个常规品系为父本配制的杂交一代,对其产量和品质等性状进行杂种优势分析。结果表明:供试F1代中,在产量性状上,单铃重表现出较高的超亲优势,衣分在竞争优势上较为明显,普遍高于对照鄂杂棉10号,籽棉产量有8个组合具有超亲优势,皮棉超亲优势产量也存在着部分的超亲优势,但籽棉产量和皮棉产量竞争优势不明显,籽棉产量的竞争优势全部为负值,只有组合HN10×中41的皮棉产量超过对照,竞争优势为2.68%。在纤维品质性状上,马克隆值的超亲优势比较明显,7个组合表现为负值,马克隆值低于双亲,纤维长度和断裂比强度的中亲优势较为明显,7个组合的纤维长度存在中亲优势,8个组合的断裂比强度存在中亲优势,而整齐度和伸长率的杂种优势不明显。
【Abstract】 3 nuclear sterile lines were employed as female parents,while 3 conventional varieties were employed as male parents,? yield and fiber quality traits were analyzed,results showed that,F1 generation,in yield traits,boll weight showed over parent advantage,competitive advantage of lint percentage was more obvious,generally higher than the Ezamian10,8 combinations of seed cotton yield showed over parent heterosis,several combinations of lint yield existed over parent heterosis,but seed yield and lint yield competitive parent heterosis were not obvious,the seed cotton yield competitive parent heterosis all were negative,only the combination of HN10 × Zhong41 in lint yield was 2. 68% higher than CK. In fiber quality,micronaire value showed over parent heterosis,7 combinations were negative,micronaire value lower than the parents,heterosis for the fiber length and tenacity was more obvious,the 7 combinations of the fiber length and 8 combinations of tenacity existed middle parent heterosis,but the heterosis of the uniformity and elongation rate were not obvious.
