【摘要】 通过对湖南省安乡县棉地结构调整的调研,分析了因棉花供求关系、纺织企业用棉、劳动力结构、农业气候环境等发生了变化而导致安乡县棉地结构调整存在必然性;剖析了安乡县2014年棉地结构调整存在"调整步伐的仓促性、农民心理的盲从性、作物效益的差异性及调整计划的短期性"等特点;因而提出了"政府引导、优先改种水稻、加强相关替代作物栽培技术研究、实行订单生产"等途径;以在棉花防灾减灾及机械化生产上寻求新的突破。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the necessity of adjusting the structure of cotton field at Anxiang in Hunan province the changes of cotton supply and demand,the materials of textile enterprise,labor structure,agricultural environment,etc. What characteristics we found in adjusting the structure of cotton field in Anxiang county were tiat the pace of adjustment hastily,the psychological of farmers follow blindly,the differences of crop benefits,the short- term adjustment plan. The paths to adjust the! structure including government guidance,preferred to switch to rice,strengthen relevant alternative crops cultivation technology research,implement order production,looking for a new breakthrough on disaster prevention and mitigation and mechanized production.更多还原
