脉冲激光电化学复合加工的试验研究
Experimental Investigation of Pulse Laser Electrochemical Machining
【摘要】 在所构建的激光电化学复合加工系统中,加入透光导电的氧化铟锡(indium tin oxide,ITO)导电玻璃作为工具阴极,使电场分布更加均匀,有利于工件表面形成均匀的钝化膜,保证了激光电化学的高效复合。采用该复合方法在浓度为0.5 mol/L的Na NO3溶液中对铝合金进行了加工试验,研究了不同的工艺参数对激光电化学定域性的影响。应用扫描电子显微镜、光学显微镜对工件的加工形貌进行检测。结果表明:随着激光的能量、频率、加工电流的增大,槽的宽度变大;随着进给速度的增大,槽的宽度变小。
【Abstract】 With the integration of ITO( indium tin oxide) conductive glass into the laser electrochemical machining system established,the uniformities respectively of the electric field distribution and oxidation film were achieved;this contributed to the efficient combination of laser electrochemical machining. An aluminum alloy workpiece was etched by a compound processing in the Na NO3 electrolyte of 0. 5 mol / L,and the influence of an predominant process parameters on the localization was investigated. The scanning electron microscopy and the optical microscope were used to analyze etching morphological characteristics of machining areas. The experimental results showed that the groove-width increased with increasing laser energy,frequency and machining current,while the groove-width decreased with increasing feed speed.
