【摘要】 大学作为"教师和学生社团",根本说来是一个探索和传播真理、创造和传授知识的自由的科学共同体或学术共同体。"学术自由"、"大学自治"、"教授治校"被视为经典的大学理念。现代大学引进我国之后,受数千年绵延下来的传统文化以及近代中国政治现实的影响,大学体制在历经百年的传承和发展之后,最终形成了当前"行政化"色彩较浓的客观现实。由于大学行政化存在较多弊端,需要在回归大学本质的基础上,看到大学理念和现实之间的差距,同时对我国大学去行政化的路径进行深入思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a community of teachers and students,universities are a scientific or academic community,which is essentially to explore/spread truth,and to create/teach knowledge."Academic freedom","university autonomy"and"governance by professors"are thought of as the classic ideas of university.Since modern university was introduced into China,university system has been severely affected by traditional culture,and the"bureaucratization"of university has been formed after hundreds of year’s development.We should look into the gap between reality and university’s ideality on the basis of returning to university’s essence.Meanwhile,we should think over the path of"de-bureaucratization of Chinese universities".更多还原
