起重机金属结构的概率极限状态设计法
Research on Probability Limit State Design Method for Crane Metal Structure
【摘要】 传统的许用应力法未能充分考虑抗力和载荷效应的变异性,采用单一的安全系数来保证结构的可靠度,带有主观经验性。极限状态法更加接近实际,将设计中的各参数视为随机变量,对其进行概率统计得出其分布类型,可以按照规定的目标可靠指标进行金属结构的设计。文中介绍了一次二阶矩法的原理、分项系数的由来以及求解分项系数的步骤,给出了极限状态法的实用设计表达式,为该方法的应用提供有益借鉴。
【Abstract】 The traditional allowable stress method applies a single safety factor to maintain the reliability of the structure based on subjective experience,which fails to fully consider the variability of resistance and stress effect. Limit state method is closer to reality,which considers the design of the parameters as random variables and derives its distribution type from the probability and statistics. The metal structure can be designed according the specified target reliability index.This paper presents a practical expression of the limit state design method,describes the second-order moment method and the principle of solving partial load coefficient. The study provides beneficial reference for practical application of the method.
