测井陶瓷传感器烧结降温过程温度场有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis on Temperature Field of Ceramic Sensors Sintering for Oil Well Cooling
【摘要】 在陶瓷烧结降温过程中,对不同温度曲线下的温度场分布进行了有限元分析,并将模拟结果进行了对比。结果表明,不同斜率的烧结曲线对陶瓷烧结降温过程中温度场的分布有显著影响,综合考虑时间与烧结性能,采用30°等直线斜率的烧结曲线最佳,下凹的变斜率温度曲线有助于改善烧结性能,上凸的变斜率曲线则相反。
【Abstract】 The finite element analysis on temperature field of ceramic sensors sintering was carried out under different temperature curves. The results show that slope of the different sintering curves in the process of ceramic sintering has remarkable effect on the distribution of temperature field. In the heating process,considering the time and sintering properties,using the straight line such as 30° is the best choice.And using the conclusion of concave curve can improve the sintering performance,the sintering curves of upper convex curve is opposite.
