【Abstract】 The Pologna Process is an overall coordinated reform of higher education started by France and other countries with the European framework to strengthen themselves as well as the whole European higher education. The Bologna Process can promote the integration reform of European higher education, not only because the people there has the "concept" of the whole Europe, but also because the European political and economic integration has developed to a certain stage, which inevitably requires for integration of higher education.
