【摘要】 针对石化除焦传动的水马达开发,研究了齿面修形的非圆行星齿轮的节曲线计算和齿廓加工方法。应用多目标优化理论建立非圆行星齿轮节曲线求解的数学模型,提出非圆齿轮齿廓的计算理论,基于Matlab软件开发节曲线求解和齿廓坐标计算程序。通过实例计算和加工装配实验验证了理论的正确性和软件的可行性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the development of the water motor of petrochemical decoking transmission,the method of pitch curve calculation and tooth profile machining of non- circular planetary gear with tooth surface modification is studied. By using the multiobjective optimization theory,the mathematical model to solve the pitch curve of non- circular planetary gear is established,the calculation theory of non- circular gear tooth profile is proposed,the program of solving the pitch curve and tooth profile coordinate calculation is developed based on the software of Matlab. The correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the software are verified through the example calculation and processing and assembling experiment.
