交通通信系统耦合散热方式的仿真研究
Simulation Research on the Couple Cooling Way for the Traffic Communications System
【摘要】 交通通信业务的增长,选择合适的机柜散热方式并研究其性能日益成为热点.文中基于水冷和强制对流耦合散热方式,对交通通信机柜内的螺旋形散热器进行了流体动力学数值仿真和研究.结果表明,在热空气流量一定时,随供水量增加,热空气温度下降值和热功率均增加,但当供水量达到一定程度,增加趋于平缓,而冷却水驱动功率迅速增长;当进水量一定,增加进风量时,热空气的温度下降值减小,空气的热功率增长慢,而驱动功率增长快;因此存在一个技术经济合理的供水量和进风量.文中还给出了热空气驱动功率和冷却水驱动功率以及扬程损失等,便于风扇和驱动泵的选型.
【Abstract】 The growth of the traffic communications business need the right means of cabinet cooling and study its performance.Based on the couple way of the water cooling and the forced convection,the spiral cooler was researched using CFD.The result showed that the temperature difference and driven power of the heat air increase with the growing of the water supply,however,the growth rate become slowly more and more,but the driven power of water supply grew fastly.On the other hand,with the increasing of air supply,the temperature difference decreased,and the heat power of air increased slowly and the driven power of air increased fastly.Therefor from the technical and economical point of view,there was a suitable water supply and air supply.
