【摘要】 车站突发事件应急保障体系是否健全完善关系着一个车站的生产安全,更关系着整个铁路运输系统的健康运行.文中根据车站突发事件应急保障工作特点,建立了车站突发事件应急保障综合评价指标体系.由于该指标体系具有多层次、结构复杂的特性,利用层次分析法构建评价指标间的判断矩阵,并确定评价指标权重,进而运用模糊综合评价对系统优劣做出分析,从而避免单一模糊评价方法在分析多层次多因素问题上的局限性,最后进行了算例分析以证明方法的有效性.更多还原

【Abstract】 A comprehensive station security emergency system not only relations with the safety of a railway station,but also relations with the healthy operation of the entire railway system.This paper established the comprehensive index system for station emergency system evaluation based on the features of station emergency security work;Because the index system is multi-level structured and complex,we use AHP to construct the judgment matrix between the indexes and determine the evaluation indexes weight,and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the station security emergency system,then it can avoid the limitations of a single fuzzy evaluation method on the problem of multi-level and multi-factor analysis;Finally,a numerical example is analyzed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method更多还原
