交通信息服务的可信性内涵与评价方法研究
Research on Implication and Evaluation of the Trustwothiness of Traffic Information Service
【摘要】 文中对交通信息服务的可信性问题进行了研究与分析。针对交通信息服务缺乏可信性内涵分析与验证方法的问题,提出1种服务的可信性质计算方法。采用本体理论构建存在于人与服务之间信任关系的语义知识,并基于模糊矩阵将多层次用户主观评价转化为对一维可信值的规约计算。应用该方法对停车诱导服务进行可信性评价,采用"认可""中立"和"否定"3个评价指标对测试人员的主观信任度进行量化,可得出该服务综合可信度为0.619。实例表明该方法能够为交通信息服务的可信性进行量化表示及评价,这将为构建优质的交通信息服务,营造"以人为本"的可信赖服务环境提供重要决策依据。
【Abstract】 This paper studies and analyses the trustworthiness of traffic information services.In the situation of the lack of methods analyzing the implication of it,a trustworthiness evaluation method was proposed.The ontology theory was applied to construct the semantic information of the trust relationship for the owl-based model.The multi-level subjective evaluation of the trustworthiness upon traffic information services was transformed into calculating the one-dimension value.A parking guidance service was developed and the trustworthiness of this service was 0.619.It shows the effectiveness of the proposed methods,which will provide information for building trustworthy services in the future.
