【摘要】 [目的]降低护理人员在输液过程中的PDA漏扫率。[方法]开展以"降低输液过程中的PDA漏扫率"为主题的品管圈活动,运用品管圈活动程序,针对导致护理人员输液过程中PDA漏扫率高的原因进行要因分析,采取相应的对策。[结果]品管圈实施后,漏扫率由活动前13.53%降至活动后3.12%,目标达成率为108.44%,进步率为76.94%,且护理人员解决问题的能力、责任感、品管手法、积极性、沟通配合、凝聚力、自信心明显提高。[结论]开展品管圈活动能有效降低护理人员在输液过程中PDA的漏扫率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To reduce the PDA leak sweep rate of nursing personnel during the infusion.Methods:The QCC activity with the "reducing PDA leakage sweep rate during infusion"as the theme was carried out,the QCC program was used.Aiming at the high PDA leakage sweep rate of nursing personnel during infusion to carry out the cause analysis and take appropriate countermeasures.Results:Before and after the implementation of quality control circle,the leakage rate was reduced from 13.53%(before activities)to 3.12%(after activities),the target achievement rate was 108.44%,the progress rate was 76.94%,and the nurses ability to solve problems,responsibility,quality control techniques,enthusiasm,communication and coordination,cohesion and selfconfidence has been improved significantly.Conclusion:To carry QCC may effectively reduce PDA leakage sweep rate of nurses during infusion.更多还原
