【摘要】 总结246例先天性无神经节细胞症患儿行经肛门直肠结肠切除斜行吻合术的护理经验。通过术前予心理护理、肠道准备2周~3周,改善患儿营养状况,治疗肠道炎症,完善术前检查;术后加强生命体征观察、出入液量监测、管道安全及护理、肠外营养支持,密切观察腹部体征及肠功能恢复情况,观察有无肠吻合口瘘、出血、盆腔感染等术后早期并发症发生,做好住院健康教育及出院指导。本组患儿住院期间出现吻合口瘘1例,出血1例,盆腔感染1例,出院后1年内发生小肠结肠炎5例,经精心治疗及护理,均痊愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 It summarized the nursing experience of 246 cases of patients with congenital aganglionosis underwent transanal rectal resection and anastomosis of the oblique line.Through the preoperative psychological nursing and bowel preparation for 2to 3weeks,the nutritional status of children was improved,the intestinal inflammation was treated and the preoperative examination was improved.To strengthen the postoperative observation of the vital signs,monitoring of out of fluid volume,pipeline safety and care and parenteral nutrition support.Closely to observe the abdominal signs and intestinal function recovery,observe whether early postoperative complications occurred including intestinal anastomotic fistula,bleeding and pelvic infection,done a good job in hospitalization health education and discharge guildance.In this group of patients during hospitalization,anastomotic fistula occurred in 1case,1case of hemorrhage,1case of pelvic infection.And the enterocolitis occurred in 5cases 1year later after discharge,they were cured after careful treatment and nursing.更多还原
