【摘要】 [目的]探讨使用植物精油结合刮痧疗法对女性皮肤质量的影响。[方法]将84名女性随机分为对照组和观察组各42名,对照组采用单纯面部刮痧疗法,观察组采用植物精油结合面部刮痧方法,对女性面部皮肤的油分、水分、pH值及弹性等进行测定,采用自身对照t检验分析护理干预前后皮肤质量变化。[结果]护理后,对照组各项目测定数值较护理前无差异,观察组测定各项目所得分数均与护理前差异有显著统计学意义。[结论]植物精油配合面部刮痧疗法能有效改善40岁~60岁女性皮肤质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the influence of cutaneous scraping therapy combined with plant essential oil on the women’s facial skin quality.Methods:A total of 84 womens were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group received the simple facial cutaneous scraping therapy,whlie the patients in observation group received the plant essential oil combined with cutaneous scraping therapy,then to measure the women’s facial skin oil,moisture,PH value and elasticity and analyze the change of the skin quality before and after nursing intervention by using self-control t test.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in all measured value of patients in control group between before and after nursing,while there was statistically significant difference in score of all projects of patients in observation group between before and after nursing.Conclusion:The plant essential oil combined with cutaneous scraping therapy can promote the oil absorption,which is the internal and external treatment and can effectively improve the skin quality of 40~60years old women.更多还原
