【摘要】 [目的]构建科学、规范的手术室护士发布手术进程信息内容标准。[方法]用德尔菲(Delphi)法对15名专家进行两轮咨询。[结果]两轮专家咨询问卷的回收率均为100%,专家的权威程度系数为0.865,肯德尔和谐系数具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。形成了3个一级条目、8个二级条目、23个三级条目的手术进程信息内容标准。[结论]专家意见协调程度好,专家对形成的手术进程信息内容标准表现出较高的积极性和权威程度,为术中信息支持提供了参考依据,具有可操作性和普及推广性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To construct a scientific and standardized content standard of operation process information released by operating room nurses.Methods:A total of 15 experts were consulted for two rounds by using Delphi method.Results:The recovery rate of questionnaire in two rounds of experts consultation was all 100%,the authority degree of experts was 0.865,the Kendall coefficient of concordance had statistical significance(P<0.001).The content standard of operation process information was formulated including 3first level items,8two level items,23 three level items.Conclusion:The coordination degree of experts’ opinion is good,experts show a higher enthusiasm and authority on the formation of content standard of operation process information,and provide the references for information support in the operation.It has the maneuverability and popularization.更多还原
