【Abstract】 Industry cluster development model is an effective way to deeply develop the sports tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province. This paper introduces the cluster development advantage of Heilongjiang sports tourism industry.The existing problems in the process of cluster development are put forward through the analysis of the current situation of sports tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province.Then a reasonable structure and strategies of the development of sports tourism industry cluster in Heilongjiang province are given from 4 aspects,include constructing the core competence,developing diversification path,creating the cluster development favorable internal and external environment.更多还原
