【Abstract】 "The transit metropolis" that is carried out as a new strategy for developing public transportation is in an exploration period in comparison with "the transit priority" strategy. Under the local governments’ active application for "the transit metropolis", some cities took the same method to construct the two strategies. Is "the transit metropolis" just an improvement of the transit priority? This paper, through analyzing the connotation and tactics and test index and purpose, clarified the difference and connection between the two strategies. Then, deeper discussions were carried out on the different strategic perspectives and purposes between them, to provide correct guidance for constructing "the transit metropolis".更多还原
