二次回归正交试验在冷冲拉深中的应用研究
Research a Method of Quadratic Orthogonal Regression Tests Applied in Cold Punching Deep Drawing
【摘要】 探讨了确定冷冲拉深成形最优工艺参数的一种新方法。该方法可用于对冷冲件产品的质量进行有效的预测和控制。通过二次回归正交试验设计试验方案,运用Dynaform软件进行冷冲拉深成形模拟仿真。将模拟结果进行了二次回归分析,分析了凸凹模具间隙和压边力两个工艺参数对冷冲件壁厚变化和起皱度之间的关系,并建立了它们之间的二次回归模型。运用Origin软件对所建立的二次回归模型进行了响应面分析,并确定了该模型的最合理解,即最佳工艺条件。该方法也可以运用在其他的拉深件分析中,并为从事相关领域的技术人员提供一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of optimized process parameters of cold punching drawing formation was discussed,which could be used in prediction and control of the quality of cold punching products efficiently. The experiment scheme was designed by means of quadratic orthogonal regression tests,and the simulations of cold punching drawing formation were carried out with Dynaform. The simulation results was analyzed by quadratic regression to find out the relationships between the variation of wall thickness and wrinkle degree of cold punching products and the two process parameters of blank holder force and the clearance between convex and concave die,and the regression model between them was built. The response surface methodology of the model was carried out by Origin and the most reasonable solutions was determined,which was the optimized process conditions. This method could be used in the analysis of other drawing products as well,which offered certain reference valve for the engineers and technicians of related fields.
