轿车车门玻璃升降阻力与导槽装配偏差的关系研究

【摘要】 针对轿车车门玻璃与导槽密封条之间装配偏差过大引起升降阻力过大或者不平稳而导致升降系统失效的问题,首先对玻璃与密封条在Y偏移方向下受力特性以及刚—柔性体的接触摩擦特性进行分析,建立其升降阻力与偏差角的数学理论模型。根据橡胶材料的特性,建立玻璃与导槽密封条的有限元模型,对导轨在Y方向上偏移角度与玻璃在升降过程中所受的阻力的关系进行仿真分析,结果表明:升降阻力随着前后导轨偏移量增大呈现非线性增加,并在此基础上对其进行实车实验研究,验证了仿真的正确性。为指导车门玻璃升降系统的设计与制造过程提供依据,具有重要的工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 In view of that the car door glass lifting resistance is too large or unstable,caused by excessive assembly deviation between glass and guide sealing strip,firstly,the force under Y offset direction and rigid-flexible bodies contact friction characteristic of the glass and sealing is analyzed,and then mathematic theory model of its lifting resistance and the deviation angle is established. With a guide rail and glass assembly for a model as an example,the relationship between deviation angle of the guide rail in the Y direction and glass resistance in the lifting process are studied by the finite element model. The simulation result and real vehicle experiment agreed and showed that with the deviation angle and the offset of guide increased,the lifting resistance is also increased. The research results could be applied to the engineering practice and guid the door glass elevator system design and manufacturing process.
