嵌入式纱线张力控制系统设计
Design of Embedded Yarn Tension Control System
【摘要】 针对纱线张力在纺织过程中波动的问题,采用主动退绕式张力产生结构,运用模糊PID控制算法,设计了一种基于STM32的嵌入式纱线张力控制系统。主动退绕式结构是通过控制两个电机之间的转速差间接控制纱线张力,提高纱线张力的稳定性。通过建立其数学模型,设计了系统控制方案与硬件电路。运用模糊PID控制,提高了系统对于非线性时变信号的自适应性。通过MATLAB/Simulink进行模糊PID控制算法仿真研究,并与常规PID控制进行比较,结果表明,在同一参数条件下,模糊PID较常规PID超调量减少了21%,调整时间减少了1s。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem of yarn tension vibration in the process of spinning,an embedded yarn tension control system was designed based on STM32 microchip. The active unwinding tension generating way was used and the Fuzzy-PID control algorithm was adopted. Active unwinding structure controls the yarn tension indirectly by controlling the speed difference between two motors,and improves the stability of yarn tension. System control plan and hardware circuit were designed by establishing the mathematical model of active unwinding structure. And the self-adaptation for nonlinear time-varying signals is improved by using Fuzzy-PID. Then MATLAB/Simulink was used to make a simulation of Fuzzy-PID,and compared the effects with normal PID under the same parameters,the results show the Fuzzy-PID has a 21% overshoot decrease and 1s adjustment time decrease than normal PID.
